Are you staffed 24/7?

24 hours a day, 365 days a year…D Pet Hotels maintains a staff presence at all times, even overnight! Not only does our overnight staff keep a watchful eye on all our pups boarding…they are there to provide a thorough, deep cleaning of the entire hotel. This is to make sure all our pups can always play in a clean and safe environment.

What types of accommodations do you offer for dogs?

We offer a variety of accommodations ranging from standard to luxury suites, all designed to ensure your dog’s comfort and safety. Each option includes bedding, daily cleaning, and access to play areas.

What is your policy on vaccinations?

For the safety of all our guests, we require all dogs to be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus), and bordetella. Proof of vaccination must be provided upon check-in.

Do you accommodate dogs with special dietary needs?

Yes, we can accommodate dogs with special dietary needs. Please inform us at the time of booking and bring any special food or supplements that your dog requires. Our trained staff will ensure your pet follows its home diet.

How often will my dog be exercised?

Just like when your pup comes in for doggie daycare, they will be playing in one of our indoor dog parks all day! All our pups play all day long in daycare, of course unless naps are requested. During that time, they will go back to their suite to relax. Not only will your most precious furry family member get their much-needed interaction, exercise, and socialization with other dogs…They will also get to know our wonderful and attentive staff! Being socialized and introduced to new people outside the home is just as important as socialization with other pups. Building and reinforcing trust for when new people come into your home.

Can I check in on my dog during their stay?

Transparency and communication are pivotal aspects to make certain your pup has the best experience possible ensuring while boarding with us. D Pet Hotels offers easy to use, SMS messaging right to your phone for you to keep up to date on how your most precious furry family is doing during their stay. Not only do we communicate throughout their stay, sending updates and pictures with all their friends, D Pet Hotels offers an unmatched standard in communication. This standard is not only set to communicate all the fun and smiling faces… it is also set to communicate any issues should they arise; like upset tummies or changes in behavior.

What is your check-in and check-out policy?

Check-in and check-out times are typically during our business hours. We offer a grace period for check-outs, after which an additional day’s fee may apply. Please inquire for specific times and any available flexibility.

What if my dog requires medication during their stay?

Our trained staff can administer oral and topical medications according to your specifications. Please bring medications in their original packaging with clear instructions.

What is your emergency protocol?

In the event of an emergency, we will immediately contact you or your designated emergency contact. We have procedures in place to quickly address the situation and, if necessary, transport your dog to a nearby veterinary clinic.

How do I make a reservation, and what is your cancellation policy?

Reservations can be made by phone, email, or in person. We require a valid credit card on file to secure your booking. Please contact us for specific details on our cancellation policy and any associated fees.

What if my dog doesn't pass the temperament test?

That’s ok! Even if you pup isn’t a fan of other four-legged furbabies, but they’re great with our staff, then they are more than welcome to stay at our hotel! We offer “Private” boarding options for an additional fee.
